Englewood Criminal Law Attorney Serving the Denver Area, Colorado and Wyoming
My Denver, Colorado, law practice was established in 1992 and is dedicated exclusively to handling complex criminal defense matters in state and federal courts. I currently represent defendants who have been accused of crimes in Colorado or Wyoming, and handle matters at both the trial and appellate levels.
I have represented numerous people in death penalty cases at both the trial and appellate level, and am admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Fifth and Tenth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Districts of Arizona, Colorado, Texas and Wyoming, the Colorado Supreme Court, the Wyoming Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of Arizona.
Work Directly With the Experienced Attorney You Hired
Many attorneys who handle complex state and federal criminal defense cases actually have inexperienced associates do most of the work. At my Denver law firm, clients work directly with the experienced lawyer they hired. In fact, I encourage close communication. Clients are given my cell phone number and my private e-mail address and can call me with their questions and concerns.
This is a significant advantage, especially because the key issues in these complex criminal defense matters are often difficult to spot. More inexperienced lawyers may fail to see opportunities for legal arguments that protect their clients. At my law firm, my clients benefit from the work of an experienced attorney on every part of the case so that their rights are protected.
Leverage the Latest Technology and Expert Partnerships
I use the latest technological resources to handle cases involving hundreds or thousands of pages of financial records, wiretap evidence and other critical documents. To achieve the best possible results, I also partner with a number of professionals to strategically review these records for key issues.
My approach is tailored to the needs of your case, and I bring in highly regarded specialists as needed to expertly handle issues of fact and law. If the case involves accounting issues, I work with award-winning accountants. If the case involves complex facts, I may hire private investigators with financial or law enforcement backgrounds. The same is true for matters including federal crimes, drug crimes, fraud, hacking, or crimes involving possession of child pornography or illegal sexual conduct.
There is no substitute for experience. For more than 20 years, I have successfully protected the rights of the accused. — David Lindsey, Attorney at Law
